Our facility houses a state-of-the-art In-House Tool & Die Division, which executes two critical strategic functions: the 100% internal design and manufacturing of precision dies and fixtures for mechanical machining and injection operations, and the comprehensive lifecycle management of extrusion tooling to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
To guarantee superior profile integrity, we utilize DIN 1.2344 (AISI H13) hot-work tool steel as our production standard. However, for profiles requiring intricate geometries, thin-walled sections, or those subjected to extreme production stresses, we deploy Uddeholm Dievar special performance steel. This premium alloy offers exceptional high-temperature toughness and resistance to heat checking (thermal fatigue), ensuring longevity even under the most demanding extrusion conditions.
Our tooling manufacturing process is powered by advanced CNC Machining Centers and Die-Sinking EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) technologies. This capabilities suite allows for immediate, on-site die correction and optimization. By addressing flow dynamics and dimensional deviations in real-time, we eliminate external dependencies, guaranteeing precise tolerances and strict adherence to delivery schedules without compromise.
