Spectral Analysis (OES): Utilizing Optical Emission Spectroscopy to verify the precise chemical composition of alloying elements (Si, Fe, Mg, Cu). This ensures that every batch meets the strict chemistry requirements of alloys like EN AW-6060 and EN AW-6063, optimizing anodizing quality and mechanical response.
Mechanical Strength Testing: We perform rigorous Tensile Testing to validate the mechanical properties of the profile. This includes measuring Yield Strength Ultimate Tensile Strength and Elongation to ensure structural reliability in load-bearing applications.

The Full Traceability System

Serving sectors with zero tolerance for error requires absolute transparency. We utilize a "Digital Thread" approach where a unique Lot Number is assigned to every extruded batch. This identifier allows us to trace:

The specific date, shift, and press line of production.
The chemical identity of the Aluminum Billet (Heat Number/Cast Number) used.
The specific heat treatment parameters (aging oven cycle time and temperature).
The documented results of all mechanical, chemical, and surface tests.

Upon request, we provide an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) with every shipment. This document serves as the immutable identity card of your product, validated by an authorized inspection representative.
