1. Advanced Extrusion CapabilitiesAt the core of our operation is a robust extrusion infrastructure anchored by a 1,550-ton (6-inch) modern press line. With a monthly throughput capacity of 450 tons, we specialize in the production of 6000-series aluminum alloys(including 6060, 6063, 6082), optimized for high strength-to-weight ratios and superior surface finish. Our extrusion process is engineered for versatility, capable of delivering standard profiles, complex custom geometries, and thin-walled precision components essential for automotive and architectural applications.   
2. Precision CNC Machining & Mechanical FabricationMoving beyond basic extrusion, Mertcan Metal offers advanced value-added fabrication services (VAS). Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art double-table CNC machining park, allowing for simultaneous processing to reduce cycle times and costs.   

• Capabilities: High-speed milling, precision drilling, tapping, notching, and cutting-to-length with tight tolerances.
• Application: We deliver "assembly-ready" components, significantly reducing downstream labor for our clients in the construction and machinery sectors.

3. Die Design & Dual-Metal Casting TechnologyAgility in manufacturing begins with tooling. Our in-house Die & Mold Workshoputilizes advanced CAD/CAM systems to design and fabricate high-performance extrusion dies and injection molds. Uniquely, our casting division offers a dual-capability in High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) for both Aluminum and Zamak (Zinc Alloy). This hybrid capability allows us to offer the superior fluidity and plating properties of Zamak alongside the lightweight strength of aluminum, providing a complete spectrum of metallurgical solutions.   
4. Aesthetic & Functional Surface TreatmentDurability meets design in our surface finishing department. We operate dual paint shop linesfeaturing both conveyor and cabinet systems, fully compliant with Qualicoat standards.   

• Powder Coating: Extensive RAL color spectrum with superior UV and corrosion resistance.
• Anodizing: Electrochemical passivation for enhanced surface hardness and architectural aesthetics.
