Mertcan Metal elevates aluminum profile manufacturing beyond standard extrusion, delivering projects that are strictly assembly-ready. Our facility features advanced Double-Table 3-Axis CNC Machining Centers, a technology specifically engineered to eliminate downtime by minimizing loading and unloading cycles through pendulum machining. This capability ensures continuous, high-capacity throughput, guaranteeing significant cost advantages and accelerated lead times—critical factors for high-volume procurement projects.

Beyond our extensive CNC park, we offer a fully integrated suite of precision mechanical processing services handled entirely in-house:

  • Precision Cut-to-Length & Mitre Cutting (Angle Cutting)
  • CNC Drilling & Rigid Tapping
  • Countersinking & Chamfering

Our production line is bolstered by a high-speed Eccentric Press Line for rapid punching and blanking operations. Furthermore, our internal capabilities extend to Die-Sinking EDM (Sinker EDM) and dedicated Mold Machining CNCs. This allows us to design and manufacture all necessary fixtures, jigs, and dies within our own in-house tool room. This vertically integrated, non-dependent structure provides your supply chain with unmatched flexibility and rapid response speeds.
